OEA Choice Trust is a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 for the sole purpose of providing group health benefit programs for Oregon's public school employees and community colleges. Currently the Trust has over 25,000 members throughout Oregon enrolled in medical, dental, vision, life, disability and long-term care and flexible spending products.

For the more than twenty years our focus has not changed. The Trust strives to offer our members the most comprehensive, flexible and affordable health care programs while maintaining the highest standards of superior, personalized customer service. All Trust funds are for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits to safeguard, improve and assure the health and economic welfare of our members and their families.
